Terroir: „In der Lamm“ is a part of the Eppan Vinyards „Weiler Weisshaus“, it’s abbout 500 m sea level. Orientated to the west, airy and sunny. Moraine ground mixed with porphyry and quartz. The vines are educated in the Guyotsystem.

Vinification: four weeks on the mash, after that gentle pressing, fermentation and aging in used oak barrels of 500 l, spontaneous acid reduction
Description: yellow golden of colour, grape typical bouquet with notes of litchi, rose petals and orange petals, mixed with senses of mint and aromatic, full and bodied in taste, elegant and dry.
