Vinification Fermentation in steel vats and maturation for one year in large wood barrels
Description A dark ruby red wine with garnet reflexes. The bouquett is spieced-fruity, the smell lightly of red currant and violets. On the palate it is strong and well structured, with round and smooth tannins. A fresh wine with persistent finish.
Food Pairing It goes well with starters on herbs basic, like risotto with wild garlic, game and mushroom basic and tho the "Martini fowl"
