Description This wine is ruby red in the colour, full and lightly bitter with a strong smell of cherry and berry. On the palate with a dense structure and smoothness it's a very elegant wine with cocoa tones, cassis and flower notes. It has vively tannin and a full body. The final is spieced too.
Food pairing It goes well with intensive dishes of red meat, game and storaged cheese
