Description A brilliant and clear wine of ruby red colour in the glas. The perfume is a little bit earthy and of red fruits, raspberry and red currant. His taste is pure and the acidity perfect which clears the mouth. The aftertaste balamic with notes of spieces and an harmonious final.

Food pairing It goes well with grilled meat, dishes with mushroom basic, wild poultry, rabbit and hard cheese
