Three friends were working on a recipe for their own gin. The aim was to get an honest taste from the HEIMAT into the bottle. When processing, we rely on hand-picked botanicals such as meadow sage, thyme and ribwort as well as apples and pears, all of which are harvested on HEIMAT's own meadows. A total of 18 different botanicals find their way into the black earthenware bottle. Each of these contributes to the unique taste of our dry gin.
