  • Logistics partner
    Together with our logistics partner OMEST we deliver directly to the delivery address you specify. Our logistics partners sometimes also work locally with external carriers. The delivery can be tracked by you. If possible, you will be informed of the tracking number after dispatch.

    Orders can of course be placed from any country in the world, in which case delivery and shipping costs must be checked individually.
    For tax reasons, certain kinds of products cannot be shipped to countries other than Italy. This applies to sparkling wines, liqueur wines and spirits. You can find a note in the details of the affected product, or when putting it into the basket.

  • Delivery
    The ordered goods will normally be delivered to the recipient within 5 working days after receipt of payment. Our shipping partners are the world's leading logistics companies. Saturday afternoons, Sundays, holidays, Christmas and New Year's Eve are generally not delivered. In case of delivery delays or delivery difficulties we will inform you immediately.
     
  • Delivery reservation
    In the event of non-availability of the goods, we are not obliged to deliver. We will inform you of this as soon as possible and immediately refund any payments you have already made. In the case of special offers, we can only deliver while stocks last. In principle, we are entitled to make partial deliveries.
     
  • Incomplete / faulty delivery
    If you discover that the goods you have ordered are incomplete or that you have ordered another item, please contact us immediately by telephone at +39 0473 244476 or by e-mail at: shop@winestore.bz.it Please inform us so that we can have a faulty delivery picked up by our logistics partner. If you would like to return the parcel yourself, please send it back to us as a standard postal parcel. We will then reimburse you for the costs incurred. Please make sure that you receive an undamaged parcel from the carrier. If you wish to accept a parcel that is only slightly damaged, we ask you to write the note "with reservation" on the acceptance certificate. Without this note, the acceptance of an opened or damaged parcel is tacitly considered a proper delivery.
     
  • Order acceptance
    The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking on the "Send order" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping basket. The confirmation of your order takes place together with the order acceptance immediately after sending by an automated e-mail. With this e-mail confirmation the sales contract has come about. Those prices will be calculated which were valid on the day of the order.
    In case a vintage is sold out, we will replace it with the next vintage available as long as price and quality are equal. We will inform you prior to the delivery via mail about any changes.

  • Prices
    All our prices are inclusive of the legal value added tax. For the ordered products you will receive an invoice from us, whereby the ordered products remain our property until full payment.

    Our invoices are issued in Euro (€).
The shipping costs can only be calculated once the item is in the basket.
