Vinification Fermentation in oak barrels for 3-4 weeks, than maturation for 22 months in big casks and other 20 months in the bottle

Description Garnet red colour and transparent. The first smell is fruity of cherry jam, blackberry and red orange. Than it's added minerality and spieces with leather and umid red soil. On the palate you feel its freshness, taste of orange and minerals. A concentrate wine, deep and with a long final.

Food pairing It goes well with game, grilled dark meat, duck and storaged cheese
