Vinification: cold maceration for 4-8 days. Fermentation in steel tanks for 20 days. Ageing for 12 months in 400l-barrels of French oak
Description: ruby red with garnet hues. Vivid minerality on the nose, intense Aroma of ripe fruit and spices. Rich and Velvet on the palate, complex with polished Tannins and fruity finale
