MORISFARMS MORELLINO SCANSANO
Characteristic: Red wine, dry
Denomination: Morellino di Scansano DOCG
Grape: 90% Sangiovese and 10% of Merlot and Syrah
Terroir: Massa Marittima with ancient sea soil, lightly acid
Vinification: Fermentation in inox vats for 15 days, than after 4 months it get bottled and lies another 2 months in the cellar before get sold
Description: His colour is ruby red with dark pink Reflexes. His nose is dominated of ripe fruits and vanilla. On the palate it has a strong body, is smooth with Velvet Tannins and a fruity end
Food pairing: Goes well with Risotto and Pasta dishes, red grilled or braised meat
Serving temperature: 16-18 °C
Cellaring: 3-5 years
