Grape: 60% Vernatsch, 40% devided of Lagrein and Merlot

Terroir: Bolzano-St. Magdalena, Oltreadige and Bassa Atesina

Vinification: Maturation in large wooden barrels

Description: It has a very dark colour and is ruby red of cause of the mix between the light Vernatsch, the fruity Lagrein and the velvety Merlot. In the nose it is spieced has a nice fruit note, elegant and of smooth structure in the mouth.

Food Pairing: Goes very well with grilled fish, light meat dishes, cheese but also to drink itself alone
