Vinification fermentation in stainless steel tanks

Description A wine in the colour from greenish to straw yellow. The perfume is fruity of peach scents and aromatic, with character and marked elegance. On the palate the taste dry, full and a lively texture, spiced, with a muscat note and a long persistent ending.

Food pairing It's a good match with light appetizers, cold meats, egg or mushroom dishes, poached freshwater fish and shellfish, but also excellent as an aperitif
