Description A wine with a colour from yellow to straw yellow. It smells intense, pleasantly aromatic, mineral, has a bouquet with scents of exotic fruits and muscat notes. On the palate the taste is dry, fresh, mineral with vivaciously acidity.
Food Pairing Goes well with light appetizers, soups, poached and grilled fish, but also ideal as an aperitif
