Vinification Fermentation half the time in large acacia wood barrels and the other half in stainless steel tanks, no malolactic fermentation, than 7 months of lying on fine lees

Description The colour of this wine goes from greenish to pale yellow. In the nose the perfume markedly elegant, pleasant, with refined pear and apple scents. On the palate its body is full, has a persistent taste, round, with delicate finish and long lasting minerality.

Food pairing Goes well with light appetizers, cold meats, egg or mushroom dishes, freshwater fish and poached shellfish and excellent as an aperitif
