The St. Valentin has a clear, straw colour with slightly green reflections. It smells delightfully of intensive and typical fruit aromas: ripe apples and pears combine with melons and a trace of a fine vanilla fragrance. Concentrated and with a wonderful strength and richness, refined and clear in its way, its structure refreshing and lively despite maturation in wood.
Vineyards: selected vineyards in Appiano Monte, with 10-30 years old vines.
Vinification: 50% of the wine is fermented in barrique casks and 50% in big oak casks. Than other 6 months in stainless steel tanks.
