Description: The colour is a straw yellow with golden reflexes. In the nose you smell only light some wooden notes. It's strong on vanilla and esotic fruits. On the palate it has a racy and lively acidity. A elegant wine with long lasting ending.
Food pairing: It's a perfect match with aromatic dishes, fish with sauce or to Risotti
