The total built-up area is 12 hectares, about 50% of which with Nebbiolo for Barolo; the remaining part is dedicated to the production of Barbera d'Alba, Dolcetto d'Alba and a small production of Roero Arneis. The wineries are on the height of between 270 m and 400 m and have a very favorable microclimate.
