San Biagio extends over 18 hectares in the wine-growing area "La Morra", a typical Barolo area. San Biagio specializes in the typical wines of the area such as Nebbiolo, Barbera, Dolcetto, Barbaresco and Barolo. The company is a family business. The vineyards are under the direction of the agricultural technician Davide, who supervises the cultivation, as well as the controls for plant protection, in accordance with the European guidelines for environmentally friendly agriculture. The oenologist Gianluca deals with winemaking and expresses the strong and varietal characteristics of the wines.
