Vinification: Fermentation on the yeast in stainless steel tanks for 25 days. After the assemblage of the two varieties the wine mature for 10 months in used barrique.
Description: The wine has a ruby red colour with vermilion hues. In the nose it smells of fresh red fruit, cherry and sour cherry, floral of violet and a hint of spice. It has a good attack in the mouth, is round with glossy tannina. A fresh wine with a good lenght and is approachable.
Food pairing: It goes well with risotti, pasta with meat sauce, grilled and braised meat
