Description In the glas it has a ruby red shiny colour. The perfume is intense, fine and elegant with spieced aroma, of rose leaves, raspberry, strawberry and cinnamon. On the palate it's fresh, but smooth, light with round tannins and bitter notes of rhubarb in the end. Long persistense with notes of red fruit
Food Pairing Recommended with game, roast meats and cheese, but also to light dishes and Speck
