Description His colour is brilliant strong ruby red. The perfume fruity and floral of cherry, violet and almonds. In the mouth it is smooth, harmonious, complex and has a round body. The vine has fine tannins, light acidity, nice depth and long final.
Food pairings It goes well with differents kinds of starters and meat dishes, wild fowl, rabbit, lamb, intensive dishes of cheese and bread time (Snack of bread and cold cuts)
