Description: This wine has a shiny ruby red colour. In the nose you smell red fruit, wild herbs and lightly liquorice. On the palate it is compact, full and fresh with some mineralic notes. The final is fresh and juicy.
Food pairing: It goes well well with aromatic starters, white meat and dishes with Speck
