Vinification: After the delicate pressure the wine ferments without the grape peel in steel tanks, where it mature for a half year. After that it get bottled and stacked in a wooden shelf for at least 36 months, so it becomes a very fine perlage. Than it get degorge (removed of the yeast in the bottle) and can be sold.
Description: The colour is a light rosé with cupric notes. The perlage is fine and persistent. In the nose you smell red fruits, raspberries and blackberry. On the palate it seems mineralic with chocolate notes. It is very structured, lively and of longlasting in the mouth.
Food pairing: It's a perfekt aperitiv, but goes also well with shell fish, Sushi and fruity dishes
