Vinification: After a very delicate pressure of the Grape, the wine get fermented with the natural yeast in steel tanks. After a half year of maturation the wine get bottled and stacked on a wooden shelf for at least 36 moths. So i become ti's typical characteristics of perfume and the fine perlage. In the end it get degorge (cleaned of the remaining yeast) and get sold.
Description: The colour is intensive and full with greenish reflexes. In the nose it has a nice aroma of white fruit and a little bit of minerals. A lively and full taste, dry and complex. It's lightly acidly but elegant.
Food pairing: Perfect as aperitiv, goes well to fish dishes, shell fish and Sushi
