Description In the glass it shows a light ruby red colour. The perfume consists of almonds, red berries and cherries, which are also presented in the mouth. It has nutty notes, nice tannins and a long persistence and is warm. The backtaste is light with coffee and spieces.
Food pairing This is a wine for every day and occasion, with starters and tipical south tyrolean dishes like Speck and sausages, but also to white meat and smooth cheese
