Description It has a tart nose, tart red berries and some cherries, elegant herbaceous notes, floral traces, hint of almonds. Clear, firm, juicy fruit on the palate, polished and quite cool, very fine tannins, herbaceous notes and almonds again, some more floral notes, good persistence, a pleasure to drink, good to very good finish.
Food Pairing Goes well with a light cuisine, tipical dishes from Southtyrol and with white meat
