Vinification Fermentation in steel tanks, than long maturation of 18 months in small and large wood barrels. Before it get bottled the both wines get assembled and remains for other 6 months in the bottle

Description A clear and fine perfume of black berry, cherry and plums followed by wooden and soil notes. Also in the mouth it has a straight line and is clear, matured fruits with wooden spices and sweet candit fruits. Present Tannins, vegetal, smooth with a well finish

Food pairing Perfect with grilled meat, game and spiced cheese
