Vinificationboth grape varieties were separately fermented and stored for 12 months in little oak casks; after this ageing process the wines come together and the new blend ages until the bottling in big wooden casks

Description In the glas it is beautiful garnet red. Multi-layered warm notes of ripe forest berries and roasted coffee beans. On the palate the Body is strong with smooth tannins in great harmony with a vivacious acidity structure and long lasting finish.

Food pairing Ideal in combination with roasted meat or spicy Asian dishes like duck in orange sauce, but also to storaged cheese

Serving temperature 17 - 18° C
