Grapes: Lagrein
Vineyards: The grapes come from vineyards planted in the clay, gravel and sandy soils common to the areas of Ora, Tramin and Egna.

Winemaking: The grapes were de-stemmed and underwent both primary and malolactic fermentation at a controlled temperature (28-30 ° C) in steel and cement tanks. The wine was then aged in both cement and oak casks of varying size for at least 6 months.
Tasting Notes: Lagrein, on of Alto Adige’s indigenous varieties, is typically ruby to garnet red in color, with a evocative scents of violets and blackberries. The taste is full, showing a strong structure.
