Description The colour goes from green to pale yellow. The perfume has scents of apple, pear and banana. The taste has a remarkable texture, is full in the mouth and has a persistent aftertaste with pleasantly acidity.

Food pairing Ideal as an Aperitif, goes well with appetizers, boiled and fried fish, white meat and first courses with vegetables
